Kristine Gorre is recognized as a dedicated public servant who currently serves as a member of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Danao, Cebu. But her journey towards political office began long before she assumed this position.

Kristine’s story as a public servant unfolded when she started her political career as a Barangay Kagawad, serving her community for two fruitful years. Prior to entering politics, Kristine demonstrated excellent leadership skills in the private sector who also manage their thriving business, Boy Copra Buyer.

Notably, in 2016, Kristine became the Regional Secretary and recently appointed to serve as one of the ex-officio members for the National Council and a member of the Advocacy Committee of the National Movement of Young Legislators, showing her commitment to empowering the idealism and capabilities of young individuals in the political landscape. She is also an active member of the Philippine Councilors League, broadening her network and knowledge in the realm of governance.

 Apart from her accomplished academic achievements, having completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Public Administration, sports and travel also shape Kristine’s vibrant personality. She possesses an undying love for exploring new destinations, indulging in diverse cuisine as a self-proclaimed foodie, and easily finding solace in her much- coveted yoga sessions.
