The “Panagtigum”, which is part of the MIKS Program (Mahinungdanong Impormasyon, Kaayuhan ug mga Serbisyo alang sa katawhan), has a unique approach to empowering the barangay and purok system.

By providing training and resources to purok officers and fostering open forums, it is creating a new generation of leaders who are equipped and motivated to address issues at the grassroots level, improve communication, and speed up service delivery in Danao City.
