Danao City extends its sincere appreciation to the Philippine Embassy in Vietnam, led by Ambassador Francisco Noel Fernandez III and his dedicated staff, for their invaluable support in facilitating the City’s recent benchmarking mission to Lao Cai Province and Sa Pa from February 25 to March 3, 2026.

Under the leadership of Mayor Nito Durano and Vice Mayor Ivy Durano, the Durano Administration remains steadfast in advancing environmental protection, sustainable tourism, and stronger international connectivity as part of its vision to further position Danao City as Northern Cebu’s Gateway of Opportunities.

The Embassy’s assistance played a crucial role in making the mission productive and meaningful.

Mayor Durano conveyed his heartfelt gratitude to the Ambassador and the Embassy team for helping open avenues for collaboration and knowledge exchange.
